We will help you online and in the store to better understand all the diamonds characteristics. After learning the characteristics will be able to find the perfect diamond, it's just that simple.
Cut
A diamonds cut grade determines the fire and brilliance of a diamond (the sparkle). If it's cut too shallow, light leaks out of the bottom; too deep and it escapes out of the side. When looking for a diamond who should look for one with an ideal cut.
Color
A diamonds color can range from colorless to yellow with slight tints of yellow, gray or brown. The ideal color range in a diamond is near-colorless to colorless.
Clarity
The clarity describes the clearness and purity of a diamond. The clarity is determined by the number, size, nature, and location of the internal (inclusions) and external (blemishes) imperfections.
Carat Weight
A carat is the unit of weight of a diamond and does not accurately reflect the overall size of the diamond. A one-caret diamond is equal to 100 points, therefore a 50 point diamond is equal to a 1/2-carat. Once you've selected your cut, color, and clarity grade, it's easy to determine the carat weight of diamond that will fit within your budget.
